In was while in the Democratic Republic of Congo that her little outburst happened shocking millions of viewers worldwide.

She was asked about Barack Obama's opinion on Chinese contracts in the United States however the African translator mistranslated it as asking about Bill Clinton's opinion on the Chinese contracts. She took this offensively expecting any questions to be directed at her, not at her ex president husband Bill Clinton.

She replied by saying "Bill is not secretary of state, I am". I knew she was all about the power and that, but jeez she won't even share a bit of it with Bill? However that said, ever since the Clintons came into political party Hillary has been much in of Bill's (former president) shadow throughout the 90's when he had to deal with several scandals while the spotlight only began to shine on her in 2008's presedential elections. I can only imagine if this had been former secretary of state, Condoleeza Rice.
It was however a mistranslation of a question about Obama which would make more sense. On the other hand, he could have just as easily been talking about Bill Clinton as his recent heroics in North Korea earned him a recent spot in the press.
